而是一段正在發生的身體思考。
稻草人現代舞蹈團延續 2025 年首屆平台經驗，
於 2026 年推出
《共感的身體》2026  正在忙的事──舞蹈創新培育發展平台，
以「創作過程導向」為核心，誠摯邀請舞蹈編創者參與。

駐地期間：115年6~8月 台南｜Residency Period | June–August 2026, Tainan

一、平台主題｜共感的身體
在疫情後與社會分化持續擴大的時代，我們重新提問：
・身體如何回應他人的存在？
・共感是否能被實踐、被設計？
・舞蹈能否成為促進社區共融與社會連結的媒介？
本平台邀請編舞者以身體作為研究方法，
從排練場走向生活與社區現場，
探索「感知—理解—行動」之間的身體實踐。

二、徵選對象
・對當代舞蹈、身體研究、跨域創作有關注與實踐之編舞者
・願意投入舞蹈創作研究、駐地實驗與過程分享
・歡迎舞蹈系應屆畢業生(115年度)
・國籍不限
   本屆預計選出 4 位編舞者（含 1 位國際=東南亞/東北亞=編舞者）

三、入選編舞者將參與
・Idea Lab｜構想實驗室
   構想分享、共學工作坊、導師陪伴與交流
・Residency｜駐地創作期
   台南駐地創作、身體實驗、開放排練與社區行動
・Work-in-Progress｜公開呈現
   以展演、行動、影像或其他形式分享創作進程

四、平台提供支持
・創作補助費 新台幣20,000元(含創作材料等自費項目，可使用舞團提供現有工具和耗材)
・排練與創作空間
・創作顧問及導師陪伴
・技術與行政支援
・公開呈現與紀錄
・國內參與者(非台南市居民)高鐵或台鐵車票來回一趟
・國際參與者(東南亞/東北亞)經濟艙機票來回一趟
・民宿住宿（同一棟，共享浴廁）（暫定）

五、計畫期程與地點
進駐執行期間：2026 年 6 月－8 月
進駐基地：
稻草人現代舞蹈團 排練場藝空間（台南）

七、注意事項

・ 請保留雲端資料至徵選結果公布，缺件不另行通知，申請逾時將不受理。
・  計畫內容不得為個人畢業製作、升等、學分等獲取用途。
・  入選者需確保能全程參與本平台之相關期程及講座。
・  主辦單位將與入選者簽訂工作合約，以保障雙方權益。

2026 Currently In Action – The Empathic Body - Dance Innovation & Development Platform
Open Call for Choreographers

Dance is not only about final performance outcomes,
but an ongoing process of thinking through the body.
Scarecrow Contemporary Dance Company invites choreographers to participate in
2026 Currently In Action – The Empathic Body - Dance Innovation & Development Platform,
a process-oriented platform dedicated to artistic research, residency creation, and shared learning.
 
1. Theme｜The Empathic Body
   In a post-pandemic world marked by social fragmentation, we ask:
   • How does the body respond to the presence of others?
   • Can empathy be practiced through bodily action?
   • How might dance become a medium for community connection and social engagement?
This platform invites choreographers to use the body as a research method,
moving from studio practice into everyday and community contexts,
exploring embodied processes of sensing, understanding, and acting.
 
2. Who Can Apply
   • Choreographers working in contemporary dance, performance, or embodied practices
   • Choreographers interested in artistic research, residency-based experimentation, and process sharing
   • Open to all nationalities
Four choreographers will be selected, including one Asia artist
 
3. Program Structure
Selected choreographers will participate in:
1. Idea Lab
    Concept sharing, peer learning sessions, and mentor-led discussions
2. Residency Period
    Long-term residency in Tainan, including studio research, open rehearsals, and community engagement
3. Work-in-Progress Presentation
    Public sharing of artistic processes through performance, action, installation, or media
 
4. Support Provided
   • Creative grant: NT$20,000 (includes self-funded items such as creative materials; existing tools and supplies provided by the dance company may be used).
   • Rehearsal and residency space
   • Mentorship and interdisciplinary consultation
   • Technical and administrative support
   • Documentation and public presentation opportunities
   • International(Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia) round-trip economy airfare and accommodation  

5. Schedule & Location
   • Program Period: June – August 2026
   • Location: Scarecrow Contemporary Dance Company Studio (Tainan, Taiwan)

※ Accepted applicants list will be announced on Wednesday, 4/8 on the dance group’s Facebook fan page.
Please complete your registration within the specified period. Late submissions will not be accepted.

7.Notes
   • Please retain your cloud files until the selection results are announced.
     Missing documents will not be separately notified, and late applications will not be accepted.
   • The project content must not be used for personal graduation projects, promotion, academic credits, or similar purposes.
   • Selected participants must ensure full participation in all related schedules and lectures organized by this platform.
   • The organizer will sign a work contract with the selected participants to protect the rights and interests of both parties.
